It’s a nice chilly winter morning. You slightly open your eyes and yawn, stretching. You raise your dainty arms in the air, taking a deep breath, and you sit up and smile, your dimples showing and you run your fingers along your jawline, butterflies in your stomach of happiness and joy.
You slowly pet your cat who is sleeping next to you, admiring your slender fingers. You smile and kiss her on her tummy and you swing your little legs over your bed, standing and stumbling over to your dresser.
You’re still awkward at walking with your, now noticeable, thigh gap. It still shocks you that you’re walking without your fat thighs rubbing together. How did you ever survive that way? You look to your mirror next to the dresser, and stand straight up.
You lift your shirt to reveal your protruding ribs and hip bones, your small waist and concave stomach making you do your happy jump. You finally did it. It took long hard work, and you failed along the way, but you accepted that you failed and got up and kept going.
And look.
You’re finally happy.
You’re finally skinny.
Restricting is so much better than fasting in the long run.
Eat something small
Eat something healthy.
It helps to prevent binging.
Grocery stores almost always sell these premade salads that are all under 300 calories. I found one that was 150 calories and then I got a cup of watermelon. Fills you right up.
